How can we help you?

Do I have to live in the state of Virginia to purchase this product?
Yes and no. Currently, the legal documents offered through LIVING YOUR LEGACY are only available to residents in the Commonwealth of Virginia. However, anyone can complete the legacy portion of this course and craft their own legacy story. In the near future we will be offering separate packages for purchase based on what information you need. For example, just the legacy portion of the course, just the legal documents, or both the legal documents and legacy piece. Keep checking back to see these updates.

Can I speak with an actual attorney regarding these estate planning documents?
The first 50 people to join will receive a complimentary, personalized online meeting with an estate attorney with over 10 years of experience. After the first 50 people, this feature will be available to purchase as an upgrade. This important feature sets Living Your Legacy apart from other online estate document sites out there. We provide the option to speak with an actual attorney if you have further questions about your legal documents or if you would like to discuss the option of setting up a trust.

How often should these documents be reviewed and/or updated?
Life happens quickly and things can change frequently. We recommend reviewing these documents every 3-5 years to ensure that all of the information is up to date. These documents should also be reviewed following any major life change (i.e. marriage, divorce, birth, death, buying a home, etc.)
